I was originally booked to shoot Karen and Jim's wedding back in 2020, but like many couples, Covid delayed their plans. One year and four cancelled dates later, I was happy when their plans finally became a reality! Kinnettles Castle is stunning with beautiful views over Angus, I've been lucky to shoot many weddings here over the years and I've never got bored of it. You are spoiled for backdrops for your photos here. It was a lovely summer day so they were able to have an outdoor ceremony. I arrived for some getting ready photos. The ceremony was lovely and we had plenty of time afterwards for the group and couple shots they had requested and plenty candid shots of the couple enjoying time with their guests too. The whole day was relaxed and fun mixed with a bit of tradition, they had more guests at night and the dancefloor was always full. This was just after covid dancing restrictions were lifted so it was extra special to see people hold hands and truly let their hair down on the dancefloor!
